In 2019 I was having some financial issues , especially being in a single parent home. David walked me through the process of bankruptcy (chapter 13) I was in a 5 year plan. Fast fwd to 2024, I was about to be done with the plan and he came to me about my student loans and said he due to new laws passing he might could get my student loans forgiven. This process took about 8 months but the process was worth it. $86,000 was forgiven and I have a new blank slate. David and his staff made this process very understandable and easy. I highly recommend him and his office. He explains everything and is very patient, professional and knowledgeable.
